Our initial conversation will be around you and your company. This is the time where you can highlight all the reasons a candidate would want to work for your company. Here, I also will get to understand the role you are recruiting for and skill traits, character traits and the intangibles that are not written on a job description.
Together we will define the scope of requirements. I offer my advice on market conditions and we will devise a plan to attract the best candidate for the job.
I will not waste your time. I only present the top candidates that fit almost all your requirements. We will discuss what is motivating them to seek a new opportunity and how you can potentially be a good fit for each other.
We work together to negotiate a fair offer throughout the entire process assuring a smooth acceptance without any surprises.
